Four Decades Of Doing It Right

Farm Maintenance was started by Randy Warren, a Columbia, Tennessee native, on one simple promise: do the work right and stand behind it. Forty years on, we are still the crew Middle Tennessee landowners call when a fence line runs for thousands of feet or a barn roof starts taking on water.

We work mostly on large farm and horse properties, where the details matter across every foot and the work has to hold up to weather, animals, and time. We have built six miles of fence on a single property, and every foot of it had to stay straight and stay standing.

What We Stand For

• Two full coats of paint, edges and undersides covered, never a one coat rush
• Barn roofs sealed and saved before they need replacing
• A crew that answers the phone and shows up when it says it will
